Dan M. 09-22-2014 8:38:38 AM EST Julie and Evan’s personal experimentation to be first-rate comedic interludes in what is generally an absorbing and entertaining book. Johnny Walker’s Gold is fast-paced, quirky and definitely a fun read, and it’s highly recommended. (yet) Chris 09-20-2014 12:54:14 PM EST While sequels typically fail to live up to the original, I found that each of the Johnny Walker books in this series continued to tell both interesting and entertaining stories! While difficult to pick a favorite, I would have to go with Johnny Walker's Red simply because it's the book that got me hooked! Looking forward to Gold! Dan M. murphyliterature@aol.com 09-20-2014 12:44:52 PM EST Helloooo everyone, and welcome to the new and improved website! To celebrate the soon-to-be-released Johnny Walker's Gold, we are having a "Who Would Make The Best Julie?" contest, where one fan will win an autographed copy of JW Red. Just make your entry here on the message board! Dave 03-21-2010 8:16:09 AM CST Hey, I thought this was supposed to be a mystery? How did you manage to make a mystery so funny? Good job, guys. Laura 03-21-2010 8:15:02 AM CST That scene where Julie tries to seduce Rick was hysterical! I nearly wet myself laughing. I\\ Jamie 03-21-2010 8:12:30 AM CST I liked Johnny Walker's Red, but I LOVED Johnny Walker's Black! That book had more twists and turns than a mountain road. Good job! Susan 03-21-2010 8:10:46 AM CST Hey, Dan... did you name that Susan character after me? She sure sounds like me.. Stephanie 03-05-2010 12:13:43 PM CST I usually read romance novels. You know, the ones with flowers and victorian houses on the cover... But one of my girl friends told me to read the Johnny Walker books and they were great. They were better than most of the romance novels I usually read! I was surprised to see they were real page turners and I couldn't wait to see what would happen next! I highly recommend both books! You won't be sorry. Ron alpinegrowers@yahoo.com 03-03-2010 7:35:00 AM CST I read both books in record time. I couldn't put them down. I can't wait for Johnny Walker's Gold to come out! Keep up the good work! DEBBOE KOPP ANTIEX@OPTONLINE.NET 02-19-2010 6:44:08 AM CST Hey huys this is great!.. I knew about chris writing a screenplay but i sure was in the dark about this. |
